Being an exchange student is not only easy.
I've just finished my homework, and they are not easy - I can tell.
I got so many paper I needed to get signed, and so many tests already. I mean, it is crazy! :)
I am so busy, and it's pretty hard running every day, but I like it, though. And people on the team are so nice.
I know, I should probably practise some danish, but right now I feel like writing in English, because it doesn't confuse me so much. :)
So take it or leave it! :)
The days go by slowly or fast - can't figure it out? I got so many things to do....
Here you got an idea of how my day is here:
Okay, I wake up 5.45AM, and then I leave the house around 6.45-50 AM. I take the school bus, and the first lesson starts about 7.30 AM.
I got seven classes each day, and my schedule is the same every day.
Here is my schedule:
1. Ceramics (Art class with clay and stuff like that)
2. Algebra 2 (Really difficult)
3. Choir (One of my favorites)
4. U.S. Studies
5. English (half lesson)
- Lunch
5. English (the other half)
6. Arts Performing (theater - really funny - also one of my favorites!)
7. Chemestry (Really difficult as well...)
After my day at school, which ends by 2.30 PM, I go to cross country every day after school.
It ends about 4 PM.
Then my host dad picks me up, and I go home for making my homework.
Then I am eating with my family, and after that I am making some more homeworks...
After that I can relax a little bit, and then I go to bed by 10.00 PM.... :)
This is my typical day here, and I am already having trouble with the math and chemestry. It's difficult in Danish, and it is just so much more difficult in English! HELP! :) Hehe
I'll see how it goes this week, and then I'll figure out, if I need to change my schedule and replace the classes with other classes.
I hope, it'll get better, because I am really frustrated right now. :)
Tomorrow we gonna have one more race, and then there is a week for my first race at cross country. Can't wait!! :)
I am going to Amber's birthday party Friday, and I still need to buy a prestent.
Have a good day - I am trying to keep up my smile and making friends! :)
Love,
Julie <3
