98 days left...

It is kinda crazy, when u realize, u got less than 100 days left... and it is very sad to think about... but it is reality, and it also makes me want to enjoy the rest of me time here even more!!!! :D

Dear reader

To run is like fighting against yourself. You can't breath. You can't stop. You can't walk. You can run. You run away from your negative thoughts. You run away from homework - from concerns - and even from yourself sometimes.
You are clearing your mind on a run, and it feels good, when you first get into it.
But please be careful. You have to listen to yourself on a run as well! If you push yourself too hard, please slow down and follow your body's needs. Again, be careful. Don't slow too much down. You have to find a good balance in your speed, so you feel like you push yourself a little bit but not too much. It can be hard sometimes... sometimes it just happens without you are aware of it. That's the whole process... and sometimes you get wind against you - or rain - or even snow? It can be hard to breath, and your tempo slows down, even though you wish you were home in a situation like this. I do.
But home is far away, and you have to keep on running, until you reach the goal! That is the whole point of running. To reach the goal, and to keep on going and moving no matter what.

I am running everyday. When I sleep and when I am awake, I am running.
When I am sitting in my class. When I am eating lunch. When I am talking with my friends. When I am tired. When I do rehearsals for the musical. When I practice steel band. When I do a presentation in front of the class. When I am happy. When I am sad. When I am shopping. When I meet new people. When I am having to speak English all the time, and when it is frustrating. When it is fun.
I am running.
I keep running.
In rain, in snow - in wind.
I run!
98 days left!
I run!
To run is being an exchange student. You have uphills and downhills on your way. Some of the hills might be bigger or smaller than others. It might be hard, but the goal is to keep running and reach the goal.
A run can be the best and worst experience at the same time. You are enjoying to get out and exercise in the nature, but you are also having a hard time breathing, and you might be sore in your legs. But you run, and you don't stop.
That is all you can ask for.
I have been running since August the 9th. 7 months.
I got a lot of uphill in front of me, and I am getting ready to do it. It is going to be easy. Just smile, and pretend I am flying.
Attitude is all that matters on a run. Even when you force a smile on your lips, it usually makes you smile for real after a little while.
Now I am flying. The sun comes up, and I can see the last few months... about three will be a course I can handle. It might be hard to keep it up, but I will never stop flying!!! And I will never stop smiling! Promise! :D

I can only ask for one thing? Do you run? If so, I will ask you to keep it up and keep flying and smiling! That makes the goal worth it. You decide how far you want to run or how fast, but never stop believing in yourself. I do, and I know that if you do too, you can do it!

I know my blogging is a little different this time. I just decided I wanted to share my feelings about being an exchange student. I hope my description of running was understandable! :D It was my only way of describing it. I love to run myself, and the other day, when I went out for a run, I started to think about how much a run reminded me of the process of being an exchange student. A run just explains a lot about life in general, if you think about it. So if you ever have a bad day, then think that there will always be gold at the end of the rainbow!
Tomorrow will always be better!

This week is pretty full and amazing. I have to meet at 10 o'clock every day, since people are taking the OGT test right now. I have to take the Science and Social Studies again, but that's okay, even though I don't understand why?
And then I have 3 presentations about Denmark, musical rehearsals and steel band. I decided to take one thing at a time, when I am having a lot of things to do at once. That is the only way forward, and I am going to follow that.

Take care my dear friends!
I wish you all a good run and an amazing day! :D
Keep smiling and shinning! Spring is on the corner (even when you have snow)
It is the month of MARCH!
Love,
 On a run in Denmark!
Paa stylter at slate run! Just keep trying and you will fly! :D
The beautiful goal of the sun!!! :D Shine on people, and yourself!! :D

March - Spring is on the corner!

Hello Everyone!!

I hope you are all doing well.
We have now entered March! Time is definitely just flying by right now. I feel like a month is running by like a week, instead of an actual month.
I have learned so much already. Much more than I am aware of right now.
I think I will figure that out on the way - especially when I come home.

Since I posted the last time, I had a show coming up. Love Labour's Lost, where I had a part as a flirty country girl. It was an amazing experience, and I miss it a lot now. I miss the people - even the rehearsals, even though it was a stressful process, it was so much worth the experience and the result.

This is a picture of the team! I love you all guys!! :)

Last week was a busy week. We had musical auditions, and it was very terrifying, but it was so much worth it. We are doing the musical: Willy Wonka, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, so I am very excited! I am sure, it will be an experience of a lifetime. I got a part in the play. For those who have seen the movie, I am an Oompa Loompa, so it will be fun! :)

I am sure the last 3 months will be enjoyable and amazing.
Just enjoy every moment, and never look back but forward! There is no way to go back in time, so why not just follow along every second and enjoy the moment in the very moment!
SURE! :D

This is a linc for the song I sang for audition. You are welcome to try it out.

Have an amazing beginning of SPRING and enjoy your day.

By the way. Yesterday I did volunteer work for my organization. They had a mud race, and we had to help at the different posts in snow and cold wind. I tell ya, it was insane cold!!! :O
At least we got 5o dollars for each volunteer, so we can get a good experience out of it! :)

This is a cold picture from the day. From the left, my friend's host sibling, Elna from Sweden and me. :)

It was a good but cold day!

Love from here,

Jules :)
