The end of 1st Quarter...

Hello everybody.
The 1st quarter has already past, and I got three more left. Unbelievable how fast this month has past by. I don't feel like, I can catch up with that speed, because I am enjoying everything around me! :)
There is no doubt that this is the best experience in my life!
Even though I had an exam week this week, I am still really happy. It doesn't mean anything for my education anyway.
I had to take the OGT tests this week, and I didn't even have to pass them or anything, so that's good to know! I don't even understand, why I should take the tests, because I am not even going to graduate here in Ohio or in America, but I am just following the rules on the school, and that I took the OGT tests, meant that I didn't have to take any exams in my other classes, so I guess, I got no reason not to be satisfied! :)

Yesterday we had a trunk and treat meeting with the people from Church, so that was really funny. We had to walk from trunk to trunk and ask for treats. We were all dressed up and having fun - even though all the friends at my age weren't there, I still had fun with the kids!!! :)

I am also going to a Halloween Party with my Cross country team tonight, so I am very excited about that! :)

We got  choir concert on Sunday, and we are going to sing some really good music numbers! I can't wait! :)

It is time to sign in for the trips, so I am really impatient untill we figured it all out with the school, so I can go! I really want to go!!! :)

Spirit week and homecoming

Hej alle sammen!
Jeg haaber, I alle har det godt - hvor I end er i verden! :)

So I am not spending my whole time in my bed or going to the doctor all the time. Yesterday I went out shopping for my homecoming dress, and it was really good.
We had around one and a half hours, and after the first hour, we still hadn't found anything, so I was really wondering, what to wear....?
But then we saw a store hiding. We saw the most beautiful dresses! They were totally my style, and when I first looked around, it was like a dream. All the dresses around me were so pretty and CHEAP!
I was so choked and happy. I found around ten different dresses. Three to try out for homecoming and seven for casual use.
I ended up buying around seven dresses and a shirt for my homecoming dress for under 100 dollars, which is really really cheap. Especially compared to the homecoming dress as I was close to buy, when we first came. It was not even a pretty dress, but it was about 73,55 dollars for the first dress.
I bought my homecoming dress for only 23, something for both dress and shirt. I am so happy!  I only miss my shoes now, and maybe some make-up.

Next week we are having something called SPIRIT WEEK up to homecoming.
We are having a theme for dressing up for each day.
The schedule is like this:

- Monday: Twin day (dress up like a twin with another person)
- Tuesday: Pajamas day.
- Wednesday: Super hero day ( dress up like a super hero)
- Thursday: Favorite movie or video game character.
- Friday: Breast cancer day (dress up in all pink)

I can't wait till next week, and it feels good to have weekend! Tomorrow we are having a meet with the team, and we are running at 9 O'clock, but meeting at the bus around 7.15am in the morning, so it's pretty early! :)
After our meet we are going out eating at a Mexican place, and then I am going home.  :) So wish me good luck tomorrow morning, and I will promise not to push myself too hard, or that I won't pass out tomorrow! I will take it easy and listen to my body!!! :)

And next Saturday, we are having homecoming, and there is a YFU event! It is interesting! :) It's gonna be a great day. I am going with my friend, Sierra, and we are eating at Charley's before, where we will take some pictures and stuff like that! Can't wait! :)

Also, today I got my grades for now, and it's not too bad at all. I am suprised!
I got an A- in English, a B in US Studies, an A- in Chemistry, a C- in Geometry, an A in Ceramics, an A in Choir, an A in Performing Art :)

I thought it was much worse, so it was a happy suprise. But I am not here for the school only, and I will not take it too serious, or I will try not to make myself too stressed! So that's what I am working on right now! :)
